We are currently seeking 6 positions in our Canandaigua office and 2 positions in our Waterloo office. One position will be for a Commercial Agent (an active real estate license for the Commercial position is required... Training will be provided if needed in our Commercial Division).

Job Description:
The job of a Real Estate Agent is to perform all tasks necessary to assist clients in one of the most important events in their lives- buying or selling real estate. Agents walk with homebuyers every step of the way, from showing properties, to drafting contracts, coordinating with attorneys/lenders/inspectors/contractors, and finally closing the deal and handing over the keys. Agents will assist home sellers with determining the worth of their property, developing an effective marketing strategy, presenting purchase offers, and assisting through the sale process. Agents have a unique opportunity to facilitate a lasting impression of themselves, their company, and the real estate industry at large.

Requirements:
-Current NYS Real Estate Salesperson license, or willingness to obtain one immediately
-Desire to work independently and be in control of your success
-Be comfortable meeting new people and networking to increase client base -Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Basic competence in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and social media platforms
-Prior sales and/or customer service experience is a major plus
-Personable and professional demeanor

Specific Responsibilities:
-Actively cultivate client base through marketing and networking activities
-Maintain organized files with all required documentation and comply with all relevant NYS Real Estate Law
-Participate in periodic sales meetings and office activities to stay connected with the team and receive updates on market conditions
-Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all clients and maintain ongoing relationships with past clients to generate referral business
